The seventh convocation of North Bengal Agricultural University took place on Wednesday, with the University's Chancellor and Governor, C.V. Anand Bose, in attendance. The ceremony saw the awarding of Doctor of Science degrees to Dr. Himanshu Pathak and Dr. Arun Kumar Dhar, along with 31 gold medal and four silver medal awards for outstanding achievements by students.
In total, 481 students were awarded bachelor's degrees, 212 students received master's degrees, and 88 students were granted doctorate degrees. Notable dignitaries present at the event included North Bengal Development Minister Udayan Guha, Agriculture Minister Shobhandev Chatterjee, and Panchayat Minister Pradeep Majumdar.
